ABOUT LINA NIKOLOVA

I have lived in Brandon, Manitoba — with my two kids and a cat — since 1991 . I absolutely love living here: the real estate opportunities for investing, the cozy community and the weather. It beats the weather in Ottawa where I took my Masters Degree and then came to work in the Geography Department at Brandon University.

I moved at least 15 times before that. I have lived in big cities such as Toronto, Ottawa, St. Petersburg, Bratislava, Zvolen, Belgrade and Sofia (Bulgaria), where I was born, hence my ability to speak in Russian, Bulgarian, Serbo-Croatian, French and English.

Houses are my passion: buying, restoring, renting, selling and owning — I do it all. For me, there is simply no more gratifying investment.
